The adaptation of employers to the "Staff Management" techniques are changing due to the effects of rapidly developing technology on the working environment and the role of electronic notifications in business law.

The technology is being developed day by day and is being a direct impact on the working life. Furthermore; artificial intelligence and robots, which have rapidly become the vital parts of our lives in every field, have begun to make employers feel anxious about the management of their employees while trying to ensure the efficient work. Indeed, not too far away, the technical systems of "People Management" - which will have to completely change over the next 10 years – are facing many questions even today. Employers have to adopt the principle of “no hard working but efficient working" in the rapidly growing business l life, as a consequence the employers need to adapt themselves to every aspect of technology life, accept new working techniques, change human resources management routines and to adapt to the growth rate of technology. In this context, question marks regarding the labor law will certainly come up. For example, will the notifications made by technological systems such as "Electronic Notification" - discussed even today - be valid? Or will it be possible to complete the electronic requirements of the contracts, regulations, instructions, pay bills or written requests that will be taken from the employees? What about the evaluation of employees2 performance and feedbacks or trainings?
